I think I have discovered a great new training plan.
According to the scales, since last week, I have lost 3kg, and I haven't done any training.
How did this happen?
I haven't had to count any calories, there hasn't been any red days or green days, and I don't even know what syns are......
What I do know is if you think a bit better about what you eat, steer clear of the things that you already know you should eat less off, you can definitely shift a few kg.
After 24 years of helping others to achieve their running goals - it is now my time.
